Requirements

• Program Manage end-to-end finance including accouting, GST, tax, payroll and compliance process through external finance partner
• Identify opportunities to optimize spending, monitor key performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze the root cause of variances to deliver valuable insight and recommendations for respective employee cost centers.
• Support in FP&A, managing frequent, ad hoc projects to support senior management and business decisions.
• Build P&L reporting of functional cost centers
• Own monthly payroll process for India and US and lead all aspects of employee payouts like reimbursements, variable pay etc.
• Direct and oversee the overall policies, objectives, and initiatives for employee benefits.
• Continuously improve processes/deliverables, drive change, and elevate the level of reporting.

Experience

• 3-5 years of work experience in the finance domain
• Working experience accounting firms
• A self-motivated team player who can define, structure, and prioritize work for the team and who also has the flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances dictate.
• Experienced with accounting, payroll and compliance for US is a plus
• Strong organizational, planning, quantitative and problem-solving skills; strategic and creative thinking skills.
• History of effective multi-tasking, expectation setting, and escalation of issues where appropriate.
• Focused attention to detail and high standards for quality and accuracy in his/her work product
• Working experience in venture-backed companies (Series A/B/C/D) in the SaaS vertical is a plus.
